BACKGROUND & CONTEXT

Booking a delivery in Ghana meant calling around, guessing at price and losing sight of the package. Couriers managed orders informally with no structured tools.

TARGET USERS

KEY DECISIONS

  1. Payment methods matched to local habits — Mobile Money first
  2. Live map tracking paired with direct rider chat
  3. Courier app shares the customer app's design language

THE SOLUTION

Customers set pickup and drop-off, choose a service and package type, pay by Mobile Money, card or in-app wallet, then track the rider live and message them directly. Couriers get order management and chat.

DESIGN SYSTEM & ACCESSIBILITY

One component library shared by the customer and courier apps. Live map tracking is backed by a written status timeline, so delivery progress is readable without relying on the map.
